Rule 1.
These rules establish criteria and procedures under which a fifth-year high school pupil may be eligible for enrollment in courses under the postsecondary enrollment options act, 1996 PA 160, MCL 388.511 to 388.524, and the career and technical preparation act, 2000 PA 258, MCL 388.1901 to 388.1913.
