Section R. 393.5064 - Investigation; closing grievance; formal complaint

Rule 64.

(1) If the divisions investigation does not disclose a violation of the act or a rule promulgated under the act, the division shall close the grievance. The reasons for closing the grievance shall be forwarded to the respondent and complainant.

(2) If the division investigation discloses evidence of a violation of the act or a rule promulgated under the act, the division shall prepare a formal complaint against the respondent.
