(1) Scope and Purpose. 958 CMR 2.00 governs payments to the Health Policy Commission from certain Acute Hospitals and Surcharge Payors.
(2) Authority. 958 CMR 2.00 is adopted pursuant to St. 2012, c. 224, § 241 and M.GL. c. 6D.
