Section 28.04 - Legal Effect and Enforceability

(1) An electronic signature may not be denied legal effect or enforceability under M.G.L. c. 32 solely because it is in electronic form if a retirement board has promulgated a supplemental regulation permitting the same.

(2) A prescribed form may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because an electronic signature was used in its formation if a retirement board has promulgated a supplemental regulation permitting the same.
