R405. Delete subsection and replace as follows:
Projects certified as meeting the PHIUS CORE 2021 or PHIUS ZERO 2021 Passive Building Standard - North America, or newer, demonstrated using approved software by PHIUS, where PHIUS certification is demonstrated by a Certified Passive House Consultant; or, Projects certified as meeting the Certified Passive House standard using software by the Passive House Institute (PHI), where PHI certification is demonstrated by a Certified Passive House Designer.
