Section 11.05 - LHA Management of Capital Funds

Each LHA shall:
(a) Keep accurate books and records, as prescribed by the Department in accordance with 760 CMR 4.00: General Administration of Local Housing Authorities, subject to review by the Department and auditors;
(b) Maintain separate accounts so as to separate Capital Funds from other LHA funds, and;
(c) Report, as directed by the Department, on the status of Capital Funds received by the LHA, including interest.
