Section 26.26 - Passenger Air Carrier Servicing

(1) Definition. Passenger air carrier servicing means the servicing and non-aeronautical maintenance of passenger air carriers, including the following:
(2) Equipment. An operator performing passenger air carrier services shall maintain equipment in sufficient quantity and of sufficient type to service all air carriers handled by the operator and which shall include at a minimum the following:

An operator performing potable water services shall have samples from both supply and tank trucks analyzed for coliform and plate count by a state approved laboratory at least once every 21 days with records maintained and available for inspection. In the event test results fail to meet local public health or air carrier standards, the operator shall notify the Authority and take immediate corrective action before resumption of potable water servicing.
