Section 53.11 - Exclusion from Extracurricular Activities and School-sponsored Events

The principal may remove a student from privileges, such as extracurricular activities and attendance at school-sponsored events, based on the student's misconduct. Such a removal is not subject to the procedures in M.G.L. c. 71, § 37H3/4 or 603 CMR 53.00.
