Section 11.06 - Reservation of Area for Use by Commission

(1) For every program of unarmed combat, the promoter of the program shall reserve an area consisting of at least one whole side of the ring, from the ring apron to a reasonable distance as determined by the Commission back from the ring apron, for use by the Commission during the program.
(2) If a program of unarmed combat consists of contests or exhibitions of mixed martial arts held in a fenced area, the promoter shall reserve an area equivalent to the area described in 523 CMR 11.06(1) for use by the Commission during the program.
