Section 30.16 - Revocations and Suspensions of Registrations

If it is revealed, through inspection, investigation, hearing, or any other means, that a PEO or any representative thereof is guilty of any fraudulent or illegal conduct in connection with the operation of such PEO, or of any violation of the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 192 through 203 or 454 CMR 30.00, the director may suspend or revoke the PEO's registration. If the director suspends or revokes the registration, said action shall be subject to judicial review in proceedings brought pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A. If a registration is revoked, another registration shall not be issued within three years from the date of such revocation to said PEO, PEO owner, representative, or any associated entity of the same as determined by the director in his or her sole discretion.
