Code of Massachusetts Regulations
430 CMR - DEPARTMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE
Title 430 CMR 24.00 - COVID-19 Emergency Regulations-Employer Relief

Current through Register 1518, March 29, 2024

EMERGENCY PREAMBLE

The Director finds that immediate adoption of 430 CMR 24.00 is necessary to continue to address the hardship that increased assessments for costs of unemployment insurance due to the effects of COVID-19 may cause to employers. The Director, therefore, also finds that observance of requirements of notice and a public hearing would be contrary to the public interest.
