GENERAL RULES
Section 1.05 - Representation

(1) Appearance. An individual may appear on his or her own behalf. A duly authorized officer or employee may represent a corporation, an authorized member may represent a partnership or joint venture, and an authorized trustee may represent a trust. Any Party to an Adjudicatory Proceeding shall have the right to be represented by an Authorized Representative.

(2) Notice of Appearance. The filing of any pleading, motion, or other Paper shall constitute an appearance by the attorney who signs it, unless the Paper states otherwise. Where a Party is not represented by an attorney, the Party shall file a written notice with the Authority, identifying the name, address, affiliation, if any, and telephone number of the Party's Authorized Representative. Where the Party represents himself or herself, he or she shall notify the Authority in writing.
