Section 40.1451 - Purpose and Scope of Technical Assistance Grants

(1) The Department may provide for limited grants in order to:
(a) provide access to
expert advice and technical assistance;
(b) encourage more effective participation in
the response action process by promoting access to and use of information;
and
(c) allow issues of concern
related to the disposal site to be addressed.
