Section 11.06 - Expiration of a Controlled Substance Registration

A controlled substance registration issued by the Board shall be valid as follows:
(1) Pharmacy. The controlled substance registration issued to a pharmacy shall be valid for two years beginning January 1st of each even-numbered year.
(2) Outsourcing Facility. The controlled substance registration issued to an outsourcing facility shall be valid for two years beginning January 1st of each even numbered year.
(3) Wholesale Druggist. The controlled substance registration issued to a wholesale druggist shall be valid for one year beginning on December 1st of each year.
