Section 2.05 - Renewal of Individual Registration

(1) A certificate of registration issued to a chiropractor by the Board pursuant to 233 CMR 2.02 or 233 CMR 2.03 shall be valid from the date of issue until March 31st of the next calendar year.

(2) On or before April 1st of each calendar year, each registered chiropractor shall apply for renewal of his or her registration on forms prescribed or furnished by the Board, and shall pay such fees for renewal of that registration as may be established by the Executive Office of Administration and Finance pursuant to M.G.L. c. 7, § 3B.

(3) As a condition for renewal of his or her registration, each registered chiropractor shall certify, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that he or she has completed at least 12 hours of continuing education in courses or programs approved by the Board, as required by 233 CMR 3.01: Continuing Education Requirement, or that he or she has obtained a waiver of this continuing education requirement pursuant to 233 CMR 3.02: Waiver of Continuing Education Requirement.
