Section 19.07 - Contract Amendments

An EMS contract may be amended if it does not exceed the scope of the RFQ, and does not violate the requirements established in M.G.L. c. 25A, § 11I, 225 CMR 19.00, and all other applicable laws of the Commonwealth. The Local Governmental Body shall file a copy of a contract amendment with DOER on or before ten Business Days before the effective date of the applicable contract amendment.
