The minimum levels of financial responsiblity for carriers of passengers for hire operating intrastate:

(1) Any vehicle with a seating capacity of 16 passengers or more... |

(2) Any vehicle with a seating capacity of 15 passengers or less... |

Exceptions to Schedule of Limits
|
Any vehicle with a seating capacity of 32 passengers or less operating under a sightseeing certificate and/or charter certificate. |
