Section 13.02 - Proxies, Consents and Authorizations

No domestic stock insurer, or any director, officer or employee of such insurer subject to section one hereof, or any other person, shall solicit, or permit the use of his name to solicit by mail or otherwise, any proxy, consent or authorization in respect of any class of equity security of such insurer held of record by 100 or more persons in contravention of 211 CMR 13.00 and Schedules A and B hereto annexed ( 211 CMR 13.11 and 13.12 ) and hereby made a part of 211 CMR 13.00.
