(A) MassHealth pays for services under an HCBS waiver only when provided to eligible MassHealth members who are enrolled as participants in the HCBS waiver, in accordance with 130 CMR 519.007(G): Home- and Community-based Services Waivers for Persons with Acquired Brain Injury and (H): Money Follows the Person Home- and Community-based Services Waivers, subject to the restrictions and limitations described in 130 CMR 630.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations. 130 CMR 630.405 specifically states, for each HCBS waiver, which HCBS waiver services are covered and which HCBS waiver participants are eligible to receive those services.
