Section 610.013 - Methods for Conducting a Fair Hearing

(A) A fair hearing may be conducted
(1) face-to-face, whether in person or by
video conferencing; or
(2)
telephonically, if the party appearing telephonically agrees to such an
appearance and notifies the BOH in advance of hearing of such a
request.
(B) Hearings may be consolidated and/or a single hearing may be conducted on multiple requests for fair hearings for the same application, at the discretion of the hearing officer, and provided all parties agree.
