Services rendered in a member's home, place of residence, or an appropriate, mutually-agreed-upon community-based location by clinicians who are employed by the mental health center may be billed by the clinic when provided in accordance with the requirements of 130 CMR 429.000. All services provided in community-based settings must be provided in accordance with all provisions in 130 CMR 429.000.
