Section 427.410 - Purchases Requiring Prior Authorization

The purchase of any of the following requires prior authorization:
(A) oxygen or respiratory therapy equipment costing more than $35.00;
(B) gaseous or liquid oxygen; and
(C) repair services costing more than $35.00.
