130 CMR 425.000 contains regulations governing psychiatric inpatient hospital services under MassHealth. All psychiatric inpatient hospitals participating in MassHealth must comply with the MassHealth regulations, including, but not limited to, 130 CMR 425.000 and 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
