Any ESHH or vendor agency that participates in either a criminal justice related community service program or a work release program shall require all individuals who participate to disclose his/her criminal record in conformance with 119 CMR 1.05 on a form signed by the candidates criminal justice official. In addition, as a condition of participation, the candidate's criminal justice official must conclude in writing that the individual will not pose an unacceptable risk of harm to SHH clients, or the community service program or work release program will take responsibility for providing supervision for the individual at all times.
