The purpose of 112 CMR 6.00et seq. is to establish standardized policy and procedures for the Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) and MCDHH funded programs regarding the review of criminal records of candidates for employment or regular volunteer or training positions. The Criminal History Systems Board (CHSB) has authorized Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) agencies and their vendor agencies to receive criminal record information regarding present or prospective employees in any program funded or operated by such agencies.
