Intake for CRA Application
Section 4.61 - General Provisions

(1) After an application for a case is filed, the Department's involvement with the child who is the subject of the CRA begins due to any of the following:
(a) Court referral;
(b) Court-ordered temporary custody of the
child to the Department;
(c)
Court-prescribed services; and
(d)
Court-ordered custody of the child to the Department fillowing a fact-finding
hearing.
