The purpose of 105 CMR 802.000 is to clarify professional standards and requirements for obtaining a certificate as a Registered Sanitarian, and other provisions of M.G.L.c. Ill, § 27E related to registration of Sanitarians within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
