Section 451.404 - Plan of Correction

It is recommended that the Environmental Health Officer should, within ten working days of receiving the inspection report, transmit a written plan for correction of each deficiency or other condition noted to the Program Director. The plan should be co-signed by the Superintendent or Administrator, and set forth, with respect to each deficiency or condition noted, the specific corrective step s to be taken, a timetable for such step s, and the date by which correction will b e achieved . The Environmental Health Officer should also transmit a copy of the plan of correction to each of the individuals listed in 105 CMR 451.403.
