Section 420.530 - Minimum Facilities

(A) The operator shall provide at least the following toilet facilities:
(1) one water closet (or seat) for each ten
women,
(2) one water closet (or
seat) for each ten men. One urinal or 30 lineal feet of urinal trough may be
substituted on a one for one basis, for up to one-third of the number of water
closets (or seats) required:
(B) Provided, that in determining the number of facilities required, those family groups having separate toilet facilities shall not be counted.
