Title 105 CMR 170.000 - Emergency Medical Services System
Section 170.955 - Grounds for Denial of Accreditation

(A) Grounds for denial of accreditation include, but are not limited to, the following:
(1) Failure to meet the requirements for
becoming accredited by the Department, in accordance with
105
CMR 170.946;
(2) Failure to submit an application and fee
in accordance with
105
CMR 170.946(C);
(3) Failure to satisfy the Department as to
any of the grounds for determining the responsibility and suitability of the
applicant under
105
CMR 170.948; or
(4) Fraud, deceit or knowing submission of
inaccurate or incomplete data to the Department, either orally or in
writing.
(B) Denial of accreditation may be appealed in accordance with 105 CMR 170.760.
