(A) All EMS vehicles shall be equipped and staffed to provide care at the level of service for which the EMS vehicle is put into service, in accordance with the Statewide Treatment Protocols and the applicable service zone plan. When responding to a call, each EMS vehicle shall carry the equipment, supplies and medications required by the Department's administrative requirements for its type or classification.

(B) All equipment on EMS vehicles shall be maintained in good working order at all times, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and/or specifications. All equipment on EMS vehicles shall be used by the service's EMS personnel only in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and/or specifications.

(C) All medications shall be stored and maintained in conformance with the manufacturer's recommendations and shall be used by the service's EMS personnel in accordance with the Statewide Treatment Protocols.
