(A) Administrative Offices.
(1) Appropriate space and equipment shall be
provided for administrative activities and for the storage of medical
records.
(2) Separate offices of
not less than 80-square feet each shall be provided for the use of the
Administrator and the Director of Nurses. An office for the Director of Nurses
is not required within a free-standing Level IV facility.
(B) Consultant Offices.
(1) Consideration shall
be given to provide separate rooms in Level I and II facilities for the use of
full-time consultants, such as a medical director, dietitian, social worker and
others.
(2) Consultant's offices,
if provided, shall be not less than 100-square feet each.
(3) A room shall be provided for a dietary
consultant; it shall be located convenient to the kitchen area.
