Section 130.205 - Requirements for Non-accredited Hospitals

If a hospital is not accredited by the Joint Commission, AOA, or another accrediting body approved by CMS and the Commissioner, or chooses not to participate in the deemed status licensure program as set forth in 105 CMR 130.202 through 130.204, it shall be subject to a full survey for licensure by the Department.
