Section 123.014 - Penalties

Whoever violates any provision of M.G.L. c. Ill, §§ 207 through 213 or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2,000. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
