Section 122.103 - Requirements for Caution Signs, Symbols, Labels, and Posting

(A) Each RF machine, product, or facility that generates levels of electromagnetic radiation which, under reasonable and normal operating conditions, can result in occupational exposures in excess of the limits contained in 105 CMR 122.100: Table 1 shall be conspicuously posted with appropriate warning symbols or signs (See105 CMR 122.103(B)).
(B) Signs, symbols, and labels prescribed by 105 CMR 122.103 shall use the design delineated in the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) document ANSI C9122.12-1982, or subsequent revisions, entitled "American National Standard Radiofrequency Radiation Hazard Warning Symbol".
