Section 122.005 - Penalty for Violation

The penalty for violation of 105 CMR 122.000 shall be those contained in the provisions of M.G.L. c. 111,§§5O, 5P, M.G.L.c. 149, § 6 and any other applicable state law. Each violation shall be treated separately. When the violation is a continuing one, each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense.
