(1) Scope. 104 CMR 29.00 applies to the application for and the provision of DMH services in community programs and services that are contracted for, or operated by the Department.
(2) Purpose. 104 CMR 29.00 is issued to provide a framework by which DMH services are provided in the community to adults with serious and long term mental illness and children and youth with serious emotional disturbance.
