Section 33.15.04.02 - Requisites

All storage facilities shall be:

A. Under the direct and sole control of the local board;

B. Secure from access by unauthorized persons;

C. In reasonably close proximity to the local board office;

D. Climate-controlled:

(1) To meet the manufacturer's environmental standards for storage of the equipment;

(2) To meet environmental standards necessary for storage of paper ballots without degradation; and

(3) So that authorized persons can comfortably conduct required pre-election and post-election testing and maintenance of voting equipment; and

E. Supplied with telecommunication services whenever a local board member, staff member, or contractor is at the facility.
