A. This regulation applies to the following mechanical systems service contracts:
(1) Valued at more than $2,500;
(2) Procured by a public body as defined in
State Finance and Procurement Article, §
17-201(j),
Annotated Code of Maryland; and
(3)
Covering a mechanical system installed as part of a building or public work
constructed under the Prevailing Wage Law for a contract bid on or after
October 1, 2022.
B. A contractor performing work on a mechanical systems service contract shall submit certified payroll records pursuant to Regulation .02 of this chapter only for the weeks that work was performed on the service contract.
