A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
B. Terms Defined.
(1) "Center" means the Maryland Longitudinal
Data System Center.
(2) "Data"
means student and workforce data as defined under Education Article, §
24-701, Annotated Code of
Maryland.
(3) "Governing Board" has
the meaning stated in Education Article, §
24-701, Annotated Code of
Maryland.
(4) "State agencies"
means the:
(a) Maryland State Department of
Education;
(b) Maryland Higher
Education Commission; and
(c)
Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
