A green tenant space is a building interior that:

A. At a minimum, is certified as meeting the requirements to qualify for a rating of "Silver" in the LEED Rating System for Commercial Interiors Version 2; and

B. Is certified as meeting the requirements to qualify for two of the four following credits in the LEED Rating System for Commercial Interiors Version 2:

(1) Water Efficiency, Credit 1.1, Water Use Reduction;

(2) Water Efficiency, Credit 1.2, Water Use Reduction;

(3) Materials & Resources, Credit 2.1, Construction Waste Management;

(4) Materials & Resources, Credit 2.2, Construction Waste Management.
