Chapter 10.32.04 - Delegation of Duties by a Licensed Physician-Psychiatrist to a Psychiatrists Assistant
Section 10.32.04.09 - Psychiatrist's Responsibility to Patient not to be Limited by Assignment

When the Board approves a psychiatrist's assistant's duties and supervisory relationship with a psychiatrist, that approval does not relieve the psychiatrist from the primary responsibility for the care and treatment of the patient. Medical services rendered to a patient by a psychiatrist's assistant shall be, with respect to the obligation of the psychiatrist, the same as if those services had been rendered directly by the psychiatrist.
