A. A record of patient reviews with the psychiatrist's assistant shall be kept on file and shall include a summary of the psychiatrist's observations and recommendations.

B. A psychiatrist may not assign the ultimate responsibility for diagnosis or therapy to a psychiatrist's assistant.

C. Notwithstanding any provision contained in these regulations, a psychiatrist may not assign to a psychiatrist's assistant the duty of independently prescribing or dispensing drugs.
