A. A respondent whose license has been sanctioned by a final order of the disciplinary panel after a contested case proceeding under Health Occupations Article, §14-404, 14-5 A-17.1, 14-5B-14.1, 14-5C-17(b), 14-5D-15, 14-5E-17, 14-5F-23, or 15-315(b), Annotated Code of Maryland, may seek judicial review of the disciplinary panel's decision as provided under Health Occupations Article, §14-408(a), Annotated Code of Maryland.

B. An individual whose application for administrative reinstatement has been denied by a final disciplinary panel order after a contested case proceeding under Health Occupations Article, §14-205(a)(1)(iii), 14-5 A-17.1, 14-5B-14.1, 14-5C-17(b), 14-5D-15, 14-5E-17, 14-5F-23, or 15-315(b), Annotated Code of Maryland, may appeal the decision as provided under Health Occupations Article, §14-408(a), Annotated Code of Maryland.
