Section 10.24.06.01 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
B. Terms Defined.
(1) "Commission" means the Maryland Health
Care Commission.
(2) "Freestanding
medical facility" has the meaning stated in Health-General Article, § 19-3
A-01, Annotated Code of Maryland, and COMAR 10.07.08.
(3) "Freestanding medical facility pilot
project" means one freestanding medical facility pilot project under
Health-General Article, § 19-3 A-07, Annotated Code of Maryland.
