A. The Program shall:
(1) Assist a family to provide for the
needs of a child or an adult with developmental disability living in the home;
or
(2) Support an adult with
developmental disability living in the community.
B. Services shall be:
(1) Flexible to meet the needs of individuals
or families; and
(2) Readily
adaptive to changing needs.
C. The Program makes use of resources available in the community while, at the same time, building on the individual's existing support network.
D. Services provide quick access to supports for family and individual.
