A. A parent or guardian of a minor shall receive all notifications and information regarding PRP services for a minor, unless the minor is 16 years old or older and has consented to PRP services rather than a parent.
B. If a minor who is 16 years old or older and has consented to PRP services rather than a parent or guardian, consent from the minor shall be obtained before providing a parent or guardian any notifications or information regarding PRP services for a minor.
