A. The purpose of this chapter is to outline the site, staffing, and service requirements that a psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP) shall fulfill in order to be eligible to be approved to provide residential rehabilitation program (RRP) services.
B. The Department may approve a program as an RRP if the applicant:
(1) Is approved by the Department under COMAR
10.21.21;
(2) Leases or owns at
least one residence to be operated under the requirements of this chapter;
and
(3) For a residence of four or
more individuals, holds a license under COMAR 10.21.04.
