Section 10.15.12.01 - Scope

This chapter:

A. Provides the HACCP requirements for juice processors as defined by this chapter.

B. Does not apply to a retail establishment or a food processing plant that:

(1) Makes and sells juice directly to consumers; and

(2) Does not sell or distribute juice to another business.
