A. A person may sell by vending machine or other similar device, nonprescription drugs that alleviate pain in the quantities and form specified in §B of this regulation, and which are exempted from the prohibition of Health-General Article, §21-1111, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B. Nonprescription drugs that alleviate pain may be sold by vending machine or other similar devices in:
(1) Solid oral
dosage form only; and
(2) Single
dose quantities of not more than three tablets or capsules per dose.
